The following clip you are about to see has a Ripley’s Believe it or Not feeling to it. Apparently its straight unedited footage taken from the CCTV of Raffles Place Tower building in Singapore.
It was posted on the internet a few weeks ago and like a piece of viral media, has completely overwhelmed the asian on-line community… It has been tagged “the video that has scared most of Asia”..
Anyway Ill leave it up to you..
